1. Program Participation

• FLF’s programs, including the 12-Week Intensive, require a commitment of time, presence, and respect for fellow participants.

• You agree to participate in all scheduled sessions to the best of your ability and engage in assigned practices.

2. Payment and Refunds

• Program enrollment requires full payment of $3,000 unless a prior payment plan has been arranged.

• Refund Policy: Refunds are not available once the program begins. Please ensure your readiness and commitment before enrolling.

3. Confidentiality

• All interactions within FLF programs, including group sessions and private coaching, are strictly confidential.

• Participants agree to respect the privacy of others by not sharing personal information, stories, or program content outside the FLF community.

4. Participant Conduct

To maintain the integrity and safety of our community:

• You agree to show up with respect, openness, and willingness to engage.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violation of program values may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, video/audio content, written resources, and branding remain the intellectual property of Fiercely Loving Fathers.

• Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or sold.

6. Liability Disclaimer

FLF programs provide guidance and personal growth support. However:

• Results are individual and dependent on your commitment to the practices.

• FLF and its coaches are not liable for outcomes, decisions, or changes resulting from your participation in the program.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the program for any participant violating these Terms and Conditions.

8. Updates to Terms

FLF may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
